1. 収集・保存する情報

ストア設定(ブロック構成・表示条件・プラン情報): 当アプリのデータベースおよび Shopify の shop メタフィールドに保存します。
顧客情報(氏名・顧客タグ・購入回数・マーチャントが指定した顧客メタフィールド値): 表示のパーソナライズと表示条件の判定のためにのみ利用し、Shopify の customer メタフィールドにのみ保存します。当アプリのデータベースには顧客個人データを一切保存しません。これらの情報は、購入後ページ・マイページの表示時に Shopify の仕組み(appMetafields および Customer Account API)を通じて、ログイン中のお客様自身のブラウザからのみ参照されます。
画像: マーチャントがアップロードした画像はすべて Shopify Files(Shopify CDN)に保存され、当アプリのサーバーには保存されません。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、サンクスページ・注文状況ページ・カスタマーアカウントページへのコンテンツ表示、表示条件の判定、テキスト変数の展開、プラン管理のためにのみ利用します。第三者への販売・提供は行いません。外部の解析・トラッキングも行いません。

3. 課金

課金はすべて Shopify Billing API を通じて行われ、当アプリがクレジットカード情報等を取得・保存することはありません。

4. データの削除

顧客データの削除要請(GDPR customers/redact): 当該顧客の customer メタフィールドを削除します。
ストアデータの削除要請(GDPR shop/redact): 当アプリが保持するストアの全データを即時削除します。
アンインストール時: セッション情報を即時削除し、ブロック設定は再インストール時の復元のため一定期間保持した後、shop/redact 受信時に完全削除します。

1. Information we collect & store

Store configuration (block layout, display rules, plan info): stored in our database and in a Shopify shop metafield.
Customer information (name, customer tags, order count, merchant-specified customer metafield values): used solely to personalize and target displayed content, and stored only in Shopify customer metafields. We never store customer personal data in our own database. This data is read only in the logged-in customer’s own browser via Shopify’s mechanisms (appMetafields and the Customer Account API) when rendering the post-purchase and account pages.
Images: merchant-uploaded images are stored entirely in Shopify Files (Shopify CDN), never on our servers.

2. How we use it

Collected data is used only to render content on the Thank-you, Order-status and Customer-account pages, evaluate display rules, resolve text variables, and manage plans. We never sell or share data with third parties, and we run no external analytics or tracking.

3. Billing

All charges are processed via the Shopify Billing API. We never receive or store payment card details.

4. Data deletion

GDPR customers/redact: we delete the customer's metafield written by this app.
GDPR shop/redact: we immediately delete all data we hold for the store.
Uninstall: sessions are deleted immediately; block configuration is retained for a limited period to allow restore on reinstall, then fully deleted upon shop/redact.
